Osvaldo Fabián Rebollo

Certified Public Accountant, University of Río Cuarto, Córdoba, Argentina. Master's degree in Business Management from the International School of Bussiness of Latin America.

Osvaldo specializes in finances and external auditing. He founded Estudio Rebollo & Associates in San Juan, Argentina in 1990.

Osvaldo has experience advising both national and international companies. These include his work as a structuring agent and auditor to the Trust that built San Juan's Civic Center and his work as an auditor to the Mining Trusts of Pascua Lama, Gualcamayo, Casposo and the San Guillermo Biosphere Reserve. He also works as a consultant for foreign mining companies on the Cerro Blanco Copper Hill, San Francisco Las Leñas and Despoblados projects.

As regards financial issues, he is an external advisor to the Bank of San Juan, an advisor to Mendoza's Government in the establishment of a Cuyo Mutual Guarantee Company SGR, and a leader of the financial restructuring team for the "San Juan Quality" project (endorsed by BID) whose goal is to improve the competitiveness of San Juan's production chains.

María Noelia Pont

Certified Public Accountant, Catholic University of Cuyo.

Noelia specializes in details involving corporations. She has been a member of the Estudio Rebollo & Associate staff since 2000.

Noelia is responsible for our firm's Partnership Area. She has a wide range of experience advising both national and international corporations, especially in the following areas: nationalization of foreign companies, establishment of national corporations, withdrawal from partnership agreements, assistance to business assemblies, modifications of administrative entities, modifications of partnerships, modifications to bylaws and social contracts, and business jurisdiction changes, among others.

During her professional career, Noelia has stood out for her knowledge of financial matters pertaining to businesses and trusts, in addition to matters pertaining to taxes, such as tax deferral and industrial promotion.

Alicia Valeria Ciancio

Certified Public Accountant, Catholic University of Cuyo, specializing in accounting and auditing.

Valeria obtained a graduate certificate in Advanced Accounting from the National University of Cuyo in 2007. She also completed a graduate certificate program entitled "Introduction to the International Norms for Financial Information" given by Price Waterhouse & Co. LLC in 2011.

She has been a member of the Estudio Rebollo & Associates staff since 2003.

Valeria has ample experience carrying out audits and procedural and process verifications, as well as in the creation, analysis, and consolidation of financial reports for agricultural, industrial, commercial and mining enterprises, for both associations and foundations. She also creates reports and certifications as required by the current regulations of Argentina's Central Bank.

She has been a professor at the Catholic University of Cuyo since 2004, teaching Auditing and Accounting.

Pablo Cosentino

Certified Public Accountant, Catholic University of Cuyo, San Juan, Argentina.

He has been a member of the Estudio Rebollo & Associates staff since January 2006 and is currently responsible for the Tax Area.

Pablo specializes in tax affairs and has wide-ranging experience in the preparation and revision of both national and provincial tax statements for agricultural, industrial, commercial and mining enterprises. He also assists companies with financial verifications as requested by the various controlling agencies.

Pablo has completed continuing education courses in the tax area at prestigious institutions, among them the Professional Economics Council of San Juan and the Catholic University of Cuyo.

He is also a professor at the Catholic University of Cuyo, teaching Tax Theory and Technique I.
